IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. FIBER EFFECTS MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.



Due to the highly specialized nature of our products we highly recommend the customer completely read the terms and conditions before finalizing a purchase.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of Fiber Effects or its suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. All software used on this site is the property Fiber Effects or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished.



Fiber Effects and all titles, characters, names, graphics and icons are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of Fiber Effects. All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos herein are the property of their respective owners.



Website Images

Please be aware that all cars depicted on the website are highly customized cars. Each car has had many modifications made to them including painting and possibly altering of the depicted kit. Please read the description of the part carefully as one or more of the kit options may include a different part then depicted in the image. The depicted parts may have extra work including, but not limited to, molding, cutting, or adding to the original piece. Parts such as lights, splitters, canards, paint, and others accessories are not included unless specifically specified in the product description.



Payment

All customers must prepay for all products. This is because each product is special ordered. We will accept money orders, personal checks, cashier’s checks, PayPal, and credit cards. All personal/company checks must wait two weeks for clearance.



Returns

Our customer guarantee is that you can return your item within 5 days of receipt for any reason as long as it is returned in original packaging and customer pays for return shipping, original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the customer cancels within 30 days from ordering a 25% cancellation fee will be applied. All returns must be authorized and approved by Fiber Effects. All return requests must be made within 5 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to Fiber Effects in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Fiber Effects if the product is not received in original packaging or better. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.



Shipping

Shipping rates are based on the continental United States. Simply because shipping to outside of the US varies according to the destination. If you are interested in getting a price quote, please contact our sales department for an over the phone quote. Be sure to have the full address ready. For some international countries we can only ship to your nearest port, so please have ready your nearest port.



Shipping Damages

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write “damaged” on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call Fiber Effects within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.

When you receive your products if no signs of damages were written down on the delivery bill, the products will not be allowed to be returned. Once the package is received at its destination and signed and cleared by you, our insurance with the shipping company is voided. But you can make a claim with the shipping company directly. This does not guarantee that you will not get your claim approved, only that Fiber Effects will no longer be responsible for your claim. 



Warranty/Liability

All products sold by Fiber Effects are sold “as is” to the customer. Fiber Effects does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by Fiber Effects are after market products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Fiber Effects is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Fiber Effects will not be responsible for the customer’s actions.



Installation of Aerodynamics

All aerodynamics are manufactured with fiberglass unless otherwise noted. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with custom fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.(Fiberglass and Carbon Fiber Hoods require hood pins for safety reasons)



Back orders

If product is in stock, it will be shipped within 48 hours. Most aerodynamics orders take 2 to 4 weeks. In the event that there is a back-order, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks. There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date.



Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Fiber Effects shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Fiber Effects shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
